We at team Lanfonnet offer a cozy villa in the town of Sévrier, your base camp to the Lake Annecy area. Located on the foothills above town, it offers a truly panoramic view of the lake and mountains. (Our namesake, Lanfonnet, is one of the peaks you’ll be able to see.)

You will be only 3 minutes away from the famous “Voie Verte” bike path which will safely connect you to the rest of the valley. It’s 15 minutes by bike to the centre of Annecy, and a loop around the whole lake is 42 km. Some of the best local beaches are within walking distance from the villa (the municipal beach, an obvious favorite, is about 1 km) and there are plenty of restaurants, shops and a market close to the town centre. There is a free bus connection in summertime that will connect you to the city of Annecy and surrounding areas, as well as a bikesharing and ferry service.

We provide accommodation and support for groups of up to 8 people, making it a perfect choice for family vacations, group sports holidays, or teambuilding and corporate seminars.
